I'm so happy that you found Gluten-Free, Realistically. I know that when I was first diagnosed, I was overwhelmed with information. I felt like I needed to know everything and have it all figured out right then or I would go crazy.

That didn't happen of course. I'm still figuring some things out and I will continue for a very long time. I also didn't go crazy - although some would argue that I lost my mind a very long time ago!

When I calmed down a little, I realized that my real goal was for my family and I to still be able to eat healthy, delicious meals together. TOGETHER. So that became my focus. How could I replace all of those gluten-filled items in our diet with something equally delicious, but gluten-free?

This is where I went crazy. I bought all kinds of gluten-free flours, crackers, cookies, bread, pretzels, bars, etc., etc. And I spent a fortune doing it. I found what my family likes and what I like, but I did go a little off the deep end.

But you don't have to. I want to help you with your gluten-free life without going crazy and having 20 different flours in your cupboard or spending $100 just to find the one gluten-free granola bar that both you and your kids like.

So follow along as I let you in on all the secrets I've discovered - and am still discovering! - to living life Gluten-Free, Realistically!
